 This year Casio has introduced their brand new G-Shock model GSTB100, A stylish and Durable Gold & Black variant of the from their G-Steel collection. G-Steel is the mid-range collection of Casio watches where you can find truly eye-catching designer watches combined with ultra modern technology.

The GSTB100GC-1A is the most chic of the GSTB100 models, A conspicuous looking wrist watch GSTB100GC-1A has a Black IP coated steel case combined with Gold toned accents with screws and pushers on the dial with hands and markers on the case.

An all steel case that is 53.8 mm wide the bottom is made of resin to protect your skin with a IP plated gold steel caseback.

 

The case has jointed lugs and is 14.1 mm thick so it wraps around your wrist comfortably. Laced with flat mineral crystal over the dual It's water resistant up to 200 meters like most G-Shock collection watches from Casio.

Inside the watch it is equipped with Casio's 5513 module movement with distinctive ultra modern features. 5513 is Casio"s Tough Solar movements, which means it has solar powered battery that enters through the dial but the movements are completely shock resistant and realign its hands automatically when they are dispositioned. You can also control the movements via bluetooth by connecting your cell phone. It is not a smart watch but a modern watch by Casio where you can update time and other functions via your G-Shock application.

It's a 3 register mechanical chronograph watch with one of it's subdials powerfully spinning like a turbine. A function it has is that you have a button on the case to rotate this gold turbine if you want to, just for fun. You hold the pusher downwards and it rotates, though it doesn't have any other function than that. It's just a mechanical fidget that is there only for fun, something which is new to the Casio G-Shock watches.
